COURAGE 

is the FUEL at the EDGE of

CONSCIOUSNESS

WHAT IS MEDITATION:
A conscious way of communicating and developing a relationship with all the dimensions we exist. A form of investing attention and love to our-self. 
The art and dance of meditation places us in a self-created space and time. 
It is where we experience FLOW.
It is where we can do work internally on the MIND and HEART to clear out all our perception distortions and impressions that our thoughts, feelings and actions that may have left muddy footprints upon our subconscious. 
It is a way to teach our self – CLARITY.
The beginning may seem daunting as the MIND presents itself like a wild horse (uncontrollable) . 
As we gently persevere, we get to know it. Practice strengthens these muscles too – finding that we DO have the capacity control how much we invest our attention and energy into distractions and disharmony.
When we flow into the HEART space, we form a deeper relationship with our self – then we experience a different flow to how we understand life.
And when we connect with both , we have the potential to become and realise our full potential on all levels of existence: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Meditation – playing with our cosmic BREATHING.

PROTECTION

A simple way of seeing some of our energetic environment is to imagine that we are a tuning fork and when we move we make a tone.

Everything in and around us makes a tone.

Sometimes this is beneficial for us  – for example food made with love that will sustain this body.

Sometimes it is not – and we need to create a strong boundary of respect. Just like our physical skin.

As we grow from young ones – we learn to DISCERN the differences and intentions of our personal energetic field of existence.

We are embodied with innate abilities to draw UPON on each other’s energy, the world and cosmic energy.

As we LEARN to navigate our path and purpose – we learn how to RELATE and RESPECT all  types of these energies.

It can be done by visualisation, and can be greatly empowered through a meditative practice. 

It is  recommended that you do this prior to engaging in any energy work.

CEREMONY & INITIATION

Spiritual growth is a celebration of evolving awareness of life.  Each day brings something to learn about.

Do you listen with your FULL MEASURE of ATTENTION? 

Do you breathe and live in your thoughts and feelings with your FULL MEASURE of BEING?

There are ages and times where we are unconsciously initiated into a maturity of being. 

We rarely get to acknowledge our self emerging from any cocoon.

We  seek acknowledgement for growth outside of ourselves for a time

– until we self-INITIATE into being accountable for our thoughts, feelings, speech and deeds. 

We become the winds and the wings we navigate life by.

DAILY CONTEMPLATIONS

Do you have a daily practice? Where do you invest your energy to fuel your inner being, your mind and heart?

Do you know of the 4 agreements?

Methinks they are a good start on reframing the mind into a gentle daily relationship-with-self  practice.

Be impeccable with your word.

Do not make assumptions.

Do not take anything personally.

Always do your best.
